Founded in 2017 above a former print house on Cleveland Street, we grew from a two-person coaching desk into a full-service esports operation with an in-house studio, analysts and player-care team.
We work across FPS, MOBA and fighting-game circuits, handling everything from contracts and bootcamps to sponsor decks and live broadcast, so competitors can focus on the game.

Frequently asked.
Do you only work with established teams?
No. Around half of our roster started as solo-queue talent we scouted through open tryouts. If you can demonstrate top-tier ranked performance and coachability, we'll assess you regardless of past org history.
Which games do you support?
We run active programmes across major FPS, MOBA and fighting-game titles. Our coaching desk covers tactical shooters and lane-based strategy games, and we take on new titles when a competitive circuit and prize structure make it viable.
Is the bootcamp residential?
Yes. Our Fitzrovia facility includes practice stations, a recovery room and short-stay accommodation. Most bootcamps run two to four weeks ahead of a major split, with meals and physio included in the package.
Can you produce a one-off event for our brand?
Absolutely. Our production team handles standalone invitationals, community cups and sponsor showcases from concept to broadcast. Get in touch at least six weeks ahead so we can lock casting talent and studio time.
What are your opening hours?
The Cleveland Street office is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00. Match-day and broadcast operations often run into evenings and weekends, and our player-care line is available to signed talent around the clock.
